Release/Waiver Forms

Like any outdoors recreational activity there is risk involved and all participants must sign our waiver/release from liability form.  A parent or legal guardian must sign for any minor (Scout leaders, Pastors, Friends, Relatives, etc. are not legal guardians).  You may view our forms below before you come.

Although you can download and print these release waivers, that is not the reason we display them on our website.  We are displaying them so that you can have the opportunity to thoroughly read them before you come for your trip.  You may bring in waivers already signed, which can help out with groups, but under some circumstances we may still need you to sign waviers here.
The exception is for Parents or Legal Guardians whose minor is coming on one of our trips but the Parent or Guardian will not be present.  In that case you would print out the waiver below, have both you and the minor complete the waiver (one per minor) and make sure the waiver comes to us at their check in.
